Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 2 years minimum SLP Home Care experience
• Valid Driver License required
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Acute care experience preferred
• MA Speech and Language Pathologist License required
• Knowledge of rehabilitation equipment
