Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- 2 years minimum SLP Home Care experience
- Valid Driver License required
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Acute care experience preferred
- MA Speech and Language Pathologist License required
- Knowledge of rehabilitation equipment
