Chestnut Hill of East Longmeadow has immediate openings for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) looking to work in our Long Term Care Facility in the Greater Springfield, MA area of East Longmeadow. Here at Chestnut Hill, you are always essential. We are looking for motivated, creative and passionate nurses to join our team and help provide professional nursing care for our family of residents.

Chestnut Hill of East Longmeadow, for over 30 years, has met the short-term rehab, long-term care and respite care needs of patients and their families. Located just minutes from Heritage Park, this 135-bed facility provides a tranquil environment for our patient-centered approach to care, with a state of the rehab gym and hotel-like suites for your loved ones.

Shifts Available:

• Day (7a-3p), Evening (3p-11p) & Overnight (11p-7a)
• Weekday and Weekend shifts available
• 12-hour shifts available

Hours:

• FT, PT, or per diem
