Front Desk Associate

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Front Desk Associates for a local resort. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience during their stay.

Pay is $17/HR. There are multiple shift options available!

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously.
• Provide information and assistance with in-house guest activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
• Keep snacks stocked for guests.
• Regularly restock front desk supply cabinets.
• Conduct simple night audit tasks, including running reports and scanning documents to corporate at the end of the evening.

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for running reports and scanning.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
