Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Senior Contract Administrator. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing contract review process, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards. The role includes tasks such as submitting contracts in the database, highlighting possible risks, communicating with stakeholders and vendors, coordinating with procurement to secure necessary resources, executing contracts, and maintaining detailed contract records.

The Senior Contract Administrator will also be expected to analyze contract data and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Contract Administration and Contract Management skills
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating contract data
• Effective Communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and team members
• Experience in Procurement processes and procedures
• Experience in Biotech and Research industry is a plus
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with contract management software
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
