Job Summary:
The Operator & Maintenance Trainer is critical to ensuring our customers successfully deploy and maintain their vehicles in the field. You will serve as the technical bridge between engineering, production, and real-world operations, supporting vehicle delivery, hands-on training, and ongoing lifecycle success. As the primary technical interface, you will drive customer confidence and provide feedback that directly influences product performance and reliability.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead onsite and virtual training sessions for new vehicle orientations, maintenance, and safety.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer support, warranty, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and facilitate warranty claims.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding completion updates and delivery timelines.
- Track and document customer interactions, service history, and training records in ERP software.
- Provide actionable feedback to Engineering and Production teams based on field reliability trends.
- Develop and maintain technical training materials, manuals, and maintenance documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in law enforcement, military, or public safety environments.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into effective hands-on training for vehicle operators.
- Experience using ERP software to manage customer service records and interaction history.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety rules, and technical documentation compliance.
- Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with a diverse global customer base.
- Comfortable supporting product integration discussions and cross-departmental collaboration.
- High attention to detail regarding vehicle maintenance and safety-critical operations.
