Site Coordinator

18 Degrees, a digital product and engineering studio in Northampton, MA, is seeking a Site Coordinator to keep our web and mobile projects running smoothly. In this hybrid role, you'll coordinate day-to-day project activities, facilitate communication between clients and our senior engineering/design team, and track milestones across multiple engagements. You'll support agile ceremonies, maintain clear documentation and status reporting, flag risks early, and help uphold our high bar for UX and technical quality.

This is a chance to work closely with experienced technologists, learn modern product practices, and contribute meaningfully to impactful digital products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of client web and mobile projects
• Serve as primary liaison between clients and internal engineering/design teams
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using modern PM tools
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and retros with a small senior team
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and scope changes; communicate impacts clearly
• Maintain organized documentation, briefs, and status reports
• Support requirements gathering, backlog refinement, and release planning
• Ensure quality and usability standards are met before releases
• Help improve internal processes and workflows across projects
• Contribute to a collaborative, learning-focused team culture
