Hourly Pay Range: 43.6700 through 65.4900
Full Time , Shift 1 , 40 , 8am to 430pm

JOB SUMMARY
The BI & Analytics Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence and analytics solutions that support operational, clinical, financial, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role partners with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics leaders to transform data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, data models, and advanced analytics solutions. The BI & Analytics Developer ensures the delivery of reliable, scalable, and user-friendly analytics products that enable data-driven decisions and support organizational performance improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Five (5) years of experience in business intelligence, analytics development, data engineering, reporting, or a related technical field.
Experience developing enterprise dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
Demonstrated success translating business requirements into actionable reporting and analytical products.
Experience with in a healthcare delivery system, health plan, or healthcare technology environment.
Experience supporting executive, operational, clinical, and financial reporting initiatives.
Experience working within cloud-based data and analytics ecosystems.
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
Master’s degree in data science, Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Healthcare Informatics, or related discipline preferred.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Advanced Proficiency in data querying techniques.
Understanding data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and enterprise analytics architecture.
Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using business intelligence tools.
Knowledge of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality management.
Understanding of analytics development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and deployment practices.
Ability to analyze complex datasets and identify meaningful trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Strong data storytelling and visualization capabilities.
Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and performance measurement methodologies.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.

The minimum and maximum of the hourly pay range for this position is shown above. Actual rates of pay may vary based on a range of factors including but not limited to experience and qualifications.
