Personal Lines Account Executive (Insurance)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Personal Lines Account Executive with our client in Middlesex County, MA. This in‑office role manages a personal lines book of business, including renewals, endorsements, client servicing, and claims support. You will work with carrier partners, maintain product knowledge, support marketing efforts, and drive growth through cross‑selling and referrals while ensuring strong retention through accurate system documentation and high‑quality service.

• Account Management: Handle daily servicing for personal lines clients, including policy changes, endorsements, billing support, and coverage inquiries.
• Renewals & Marketing: Process renewals, market accounts to carriers, gather quotes, compare coverage options, and prepare client proposals.
• Claims Assistance: Support clients with claim reporting, documentation, follow‑up, and communication with carriers to ensure timely resolution.
• Cross‑Selling & Growth: Identify opportunities to cross‑sell additional coverage, round out accounts, and request referrals to support agency growth.
• Carrier & System Coordination: Maintain strong carrier relationships while managing documentation and system updates in the Agency Management System.

• Experience: 3+ years of personal lines account management or account executive experience within an insurance agency required.
• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.

  Proficiency with agency management systems (AMS
  360, Applied Epic, or similar), Microsoft Office, and insurance carrier portals.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of personal lines coverage (home, auto, umbrella, renters, specialty lines) and carrier underwriting guidelines.
• Skills & Attributes: Highly organized, customer‑focused professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
