Client Services Manager_ North Andover, MA_(LPN License) (Healthcare)

We are seeking a Client Services Manager with LPN experience to become part of our NEW Massachusetts Team! Under general supervision of the Director of Client Services and in accordance with local, state, federal, and company laws and regulations, ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast, professional, and accurate communication. We are seeking a full-time, career-oriented Client Services Manager to work as a liaison between the Andover Pharmacy and our Boston and Springfield, Massachusetts client facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned client facilities in Andover, Springfield and Boston, Massachusetts.
  • Respond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilities; ability to relate to client needs.
  • Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with customers and to solve client facility issues.
  • Perform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey preparation.
  • Audit antibiotic/PO/IV and back-up boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expired.
  • Audit emergency boxes to ensure proper seals are placed and medications are not expired.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Administrators and Director of Nursing of client facilities to facilitate position responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities, and concentrate on detailed information.
  • Massachusetts LPN license required.
  • Driven and motivated problem-solver.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
