Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Healthcare Management

Responsibilities and tasks of the role includes but are not limited to:

• Develop project plan including resources, timing, milestones, and deliverables. Track, monitor, and report key performance metrics including expenditures v. budget
• Ensure risk assessments and appropriate risk mitigation plans are established for projects at every phase of the contract.
• Monitor trends and drive continuous improvement of the project management process.
• Define the overall scope of work and timeline for end-end implementation and testing activities.
• Effectively engage with key stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of project objectives.
• Review updates on progress against project objectives, milestones, timelines and metrics. Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure that time and cost commitments are met, proactively identify and communicate issues to the Program Lead

Education and Experience

• B.S. in Science/Engineering or related field relevant to role required.
• 8+ years managing large capital projects in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated Project Management expertise for design, construction, qualification and start-up involving all areas of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Pilot Plants, and Research Facilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and business insight.
• Ability to assess situations and make clear timely decisions, achieving results that support all parties.
• Demonstrated project management experience, with strong analytical and organizational skills to handle contending priorities in a fast paced environment.
