Masters Academy International
Masters Academy International (MAI) is New England’s only school that intentionally integrates professional‑level athletics with top‑tier academics to prepare future leaders who excel in sport, scholarship, and life. For many of our students, MAI is not simply a school; it is home.

Our residential program is central to our mission. Boarding at MAI must reflect the same standard of excellence that defines our academic and athletic programs—structured, nurturing, disciplined, joyful, and deeply aligned with our values. Students who live on campus entrust us with their safety, well‑being, and development during these formative years. That trust demands leadership of the highest caliber.

About the Role

MAI seeks a Director of Residential Life to lead and oversee a world‑class residential program that promotes safety, well‑being, belonging, and character formation. This leader serves as the senior steward of student life outside the classroom, ensuring that boarding is caring, structured, and supportive within a high‑performing environment. The Director is responsible for the holistic care of boarding students—including academic, physical, social, and emotional—while ensuring compliance with safeguarding and boarding standards.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director helps shape institutional strategy and aligns residential life with MAI’s values and long‑term vision.

Who You Are

You are a warm, steady, and experienced residential life leader who is deeply committed to student well‑being and character development. You bring strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead a diverse boarding community with confidence and care. You communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure, and thrive in a role where you are visible, approachable, and fully engaged in campus life.

You are highly organized, skilled at managing complex systems, and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding and student.
