What You Will Do- Lead cross‑functional supply chain projects, including NPIs, manufacturing changes, and system implementations.
- Manage supplier performance, reduce risks, and drive cost, lead‑time, and quality improvements.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain disruptions; analyze data, maintain KPIs, and deliver executive‑level reporting.
- Develop business cases, manage budgets, prepare LREs, and ensure compliance with property and CAM requirements.
- Maintain action‑item tracking and support BOEs, EVMS narratives, SOWs, and contract updates.
- Build strong cross‑functional and customer partnerships; travel up to 25% to Cambridge, MA.
- Raytheon and RTX business acumen.
- Structure and responsibilities of the SBU & SSBU and functional areas.
- University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
- Experience in project management and task prioritization.
- Experience with program/project management.
- Proficiency with MS Project and Excel.
- Interfacing experience with internal and external customers.
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
- Experience with PRISM and associated supply‑chain functions.
- EAC (Estimate at Completion) experience.
- Knowledge of supply‑chain and operations functions.
- Strong organizational skills in project management and task prioritization.
- Certified as Raytheon Program Management Level 6 (IPT Lead) or ability to obtain certification within 12 months.
- Capability to operate independently while aligning with company goals.
- CORE Associate or equivalent.
- Self‑starter who adapts to change.
Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability plans, 401(k) match, flexible schedules, employee assistance, parental leave, paid time off, holidays, and incentive compensation as applicable.
