Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of established company policies, standards, expectations and initiatives;
Recruit, screening and hiring of associates to meet store staffing needs and facilitate onboarding and training;
Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget including review of all associated reporting and record-keeping;
Partner with merchandising to coordinate merchandise placement, sales promotions and pricing and with operations to review receiving, transfers, and returns-to-vendor;
Act as Manager on Duty (MOD); lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs while delivering excellent customer service
