We’re seeking a CNC Programmer to support our laser and press brake operations. You’ll handle both offline and on-machine programming to keep production accurate, efficient, and consistent. Strong CNC programming experience and a production mindset are a must.
Responsibilities- Program laser and press brake machines
- Utilize CAD and CNC software
- Set up CNC equipment, including selecting gases, nozzles, and materials
- Retrieve and edit programs to ensure production accuracy and efficiency
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues on active jobs
- Collaborate with production staff and software engineers to ensure accuracy in checklists and documentation
- Experience in a metal fabrication or machine shop environment
- Strong CNC programming experience with laser and press brake equipment
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate CNC controls and CAD software
- Ability to adapt to changing production schedules and deadlines
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
