Pay range: $22.00-$23.00 per hour depending on experience. Shift differential included.

Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Depending on business needs, hours may be adjusted, including a Monday–Thursday schedule or reduced weekly hours around 40 hours. We are happy to discuss scheduling expectations in more detail during the interview process.

We are seeking a Press Operator (also known as Print Technician) to fill an opening immediately in Pittsfield, MA. The candidate will be responsible for operating a rotogravure printing press and supporting the Rotogravure Printer.

• Demonstrate a good attitude toward work and arrive on time for shift start
• Follow instructions and maintain strong attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Work in a fast‑paced environment alongside the Rotogravure Printer
• Lift 40 or more pounds when necessary
• Maintain the rotogravure printing press for production
• Assist the Rotogravure Printer with press operation
• Maintain job material inventories and keep the work area clean
• Learn and understand color development techniques

• Mechanical aptitude to learn rotogravure printing press operations
• Preferred completion of vocational training in a machine shop
• Preferred previous work experience in same or similar field
• Ability to see color accurately
• Experience working with high‑story (2 story) rotogravure printing presses
• Interest in the printing industry
