We are seeking a dependable individual to join our 2nd shift team to manage equipment operation, handle part inspection and packaging, and ensure production targets are met. Reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor or Product Specialist, this role offers a path to permanent employment.

• Manage equipment operation, assembly, inspection, and packaging tasks in alignment with established protocols
• Coordinate with team members during shift transitions by reviewing logs and passing on essential information
• Maintain precise records regarding production output and material waste
• Execute minor finishing operations such as trimming, degating, and final packaging
• Ensure high product standards by monitoring quality and flagging any defects or process deviations to help maintain consistent output
• Maintain a tidy and orderly workspace, including performing general cleaning duties during slower periods to support team efficiency
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols to help foster a secure working environment for the entire team
• Assist with additional tasks as required to maintain smooth production flow

• Completion of high school or a GED is preferred
• Background in manufacturing or injection molding is considered an asset
• Capacity to interpret instructions and perform fundamental mathematical calculations
• Strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to write clearly
• Physical capability to handle loads up to 50 lbs., operate pallet jacks, and perform repetitive bending or twisting to support operational needs
• Comfort with performing consistent, repetitive duties while standing or sitting for extended durations
• Flexibility to work extra hours when production demands arise

• Industrial manufacturing setting with noise levels requiring provided ear protection
• Adherence to established ISO 13485/9001 quality standards
• Requirement for light to moderate physical exertion with all necessary safety gear supplied
