Production Supervisor Needed For Leading Manufacturing Company

My client is a leading manufacturing company who is growing! They are looking to add a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to their team who is a strong leader with manufacturing experience who can effectively manage personnel, coordinate production activities, and drive operational performance in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:

2:45PM - 11:30PM

Salary: $25 - $29 per hour

Compensation Up To $29/hr + $1 shift differential

• Lead and supervise production employees to ensure daily production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
• Plan, assign, and monitor work activities to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
• Foster clear communication and collaboration between shifts and across departments.
• Partner with Quality, Processing, Material Handling, Shipping, Maintenance, Engineering, and other teams to resolve production challenges and improve workflow.
• Train, mentor, and develop employees to enhance performance, engagement, and skill development.
• Monitor production schedules, equipment downtime, and scrap rates, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and communicate process improvements to management and engineering teams.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
