Mechanical Technician

Unistress Corp, a leader in engineered precast and prestressed concrete, is seeking a Mechanical Technician to keep our manufacturing equipment running safely and reliably. In this hands-on role, you will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems that support production of major bridge, parking, and building components. You'll perform preventive maintenance, support equipment installations, and partner closely with production and safety teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment used in precast concrete manufacturing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document all work performed.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and equipment schematics.
• Collaborate with production and safety teams to ensure reliable, safe equipment operation.
• Support installation, setup, and modification of machinery and production lines.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all Unistress safety procedures.
