Springside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking an MDS Nurse Coordinator
. Our compassionate and experienced staff will help you reach your maximum potential in this role. Our facility is full of friendly faces and new opportunities!
Have a NY Nursing License? We will cover the cost to License reciprocity in MA!
Requirements for MDS Nurse Coordinator- Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- At least two (2) years of MDS experience preferred
- Accurate completion of RAI for all Medicare patients in the facility
- Provides completion of the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs
- Complete OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows
