Charge Nurse; RN​/LPN

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will oversee your assigned unit during your shift to perform and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient/resident care. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with patients/residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing personnel on assigned shift.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and provide appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient/resident care.
• Perform sutures, wound care, and other minor procedures as needed.
• Assist with ADLs to support direct patient/resident care as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record system (Point Click Care – PCC).
• Adhere to all nursing professional standards and follow healthcare regulations and policies.

• Current unencumbered licensed Massachusetts RN or LPN.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Experience in senior care, behavioral health, hospice care, or related areas is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Full‑time, Part‑time

Pay: $28.00 – $44.00 per hour

8 – 40 per week
