travel registered nurse - educator, operating room (or) (days)

mobile health team inc. Is seeking an experienced registered nurse - educator, operating room (or) for a 13-week travel assignment in pittsfield, ma .

assignment:

• days, 7:00 am - 7:30 pm, 12; 12hr days 48hgr gt - note preference on profile
• start date: 3/23/2026
• contract: 13 weeks
• weekend requirements: every other weekend/holiday rotation required
• location: pittsfield, ma

* this need is for an rn educator in family birthplace unit, focusing on educating operating room circulation for c-sections. Candidate must have very high proficiency in l&d or circulate and c-sections!

** requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified  requests after upload will not be approved!! No more than 3 days of rto will be accepted (less is better).

** covid vaccination (dose date on or after 10/3/23) now required for this health system. If approved by health system, traveler will wear a mask at all times while on site. key responsibilities:

• assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs
• develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• administer medications and treatments as ordered
• perform nursing procedures within the rn scope of practice
• maintain accurate and timely medical records
• collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• educate patients and families on care, medications, and discharge needs
• adhere to infection control and safety standards
• respond to emergencies and perform interventions as needed
• maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic care environment
• support and guide unlicensed assistive personnel when required

compensation:

• weekly pay (hourly) + non-taxed stipend (if eligible)
• pay package details provided upon offer

• 3+ years of current rn educator experience in the in perinatal field is required
• experience in educating the of circulating in or for c-sections is required
• meditech expanse experience strongly preferred a
• a bachelor of science in nursing/bsn (or higher degree) is required
• acls and bls, nrp must be in hand at profile upload. Please include in profile. Facility will not pend upon offer - this is non-negotiable
• perm address must be included with the profile
• travelers must have their own vehicle for this assignment
• strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
