Requirements:
Candidate must have very high proficiency in L&D or Circulate and C‑sections. Straight L&D RN’s will not be considered.
COVID vaccination (dose date on or after 10/3/23) is required for this health system.
Travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
Travelers approved by the health system will wear a mask at all times while on site.
Exemption forms are available in Trio/Downloadable Forms. Both forms require provider or religious leader signatures. Please ask your delivery team for documents.
