Position: Primary Care Opening in Pittsfield, MA
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Clinic (Contract)

Location: Outpatient / Community Health
Start Date: June 15, 2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM range)

Overview

Seeking an experienced LPN with a background in primary care, urgent care, or community health. This role supports a fast-paced outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient triage (phone and walk-in)
• Assist with clinical procedures
• Administer immunizations, allergy, and hormone injections
• Review and process lab results; communicate results to patients
• Room patients and support clinic flow
• Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• Active MA LPN license
• 1+ year of relevant clinical experience

Note: Immunization-only (flu/COVID) experience will not be considered.
