• Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments, develop and implement care plans, and reevaluate patient progression.
• Administer medications and therapies per orders; monitor effectiveness and adverse effects; respond to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, case managers, and support staff; communicate clearly and document care.
• Document accurately in the electronic health record; ensure legible, timely, and complete charting.
• Uphold patient safety and infection control standards; adjust care according to clinical guidelines and patient needs.

• Active Massachusetts RN license in hand at submission
• BSN required
• 3–4 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience
• NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• COVID-19 vaccination with current booster; no exemptions
• SSN and DOB required for submission
• Local radius within 50 miles
