- Contract Duration: 6 months (with locum-to-perm potential at 6 months)
- Shift: 8-hour shifts, guaranteed 8 hours daily (overtime after 10 hours)
- Hours per week: Estimated 40 hours
- Employment Type: Locum with potential for permanent position
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid CRNA license and certifications required
- Experience: Experience with general surgical cases, regional anesthesia, obstetric, neurosurgical, and pediatric procedures preferred
- Pay Rate: Up to $290/hour, guaranteed 8 hours daily with overtime after 10 hours
- Holiday pay: 1.5x rate during holiday weeks (hourly rate guaranteed; no minimum hours guaranteed during holidays)

- Provide anesthesia care for general surgical, obstetric, neurosurgical, and pediatric cases in a busy main OR and endoscopy suite with 9 main ORs and 5 endoscopy rooms
- Manage anesthesia procedures including spinal, epidural, regional, and IV regional anesthesia
- Collaborate with OR staff in a team-oriented environment
- Document patient care using Meditech Expanse EMR system
- Support trauma cases as part of a Level 3 trauma designation facility
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care
- Valid CRNA license and applicable certifications in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience in a surgical setting
- Strong skills in general, regional, obstetric, and neurosurgical anesthesia procedures
- Ability to work supervised in a team environment
