Role – Specialty RN First Assistant Schedule
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- On-call: as needed Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as an RN First Assistant (RNFA) - Massachusetts RN license required (conditional license accepted) - Required certifications: CNOR, ACLS, BLS
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures as a first assistant.
- Provide perioperative care to patients in an ambulatory surgery setting.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Document patient care and surgical procedures as per facility guidelines. Compliance / Notes - COVID-19 vaccine and booster required (no exemptions).
- SSN and DOB required for submission paperwork.
- Local radius: 50 miles.
- Former permanent employees must be separated from the facility for 2 years before returning as a traveler.
