We are seeking an experienced RN First Assist (RNFA) for an Operating Room assignment in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This is a great opportunity to work in a well-established facility with a strong surgical team and advanced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist surgeons during operative procedures as a First Assist
- Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to aseptic techniques
- Prepare operating room, instruments, and surgical equipment
- Support patient safety throughout perioperative care
- Collaborate with surgical team for efficient workflow and optimal outcomes
- Minimum 2 years of current RN First Assist experience
- BSN required
- Active Massachusetts RN License
- BLS (AHA) required
- CNOR certification required
- Must have own vehicle
- Meditech Expanse experience
