Registered Nurse First Assist

This position requires a registered nurse to serve as a first assist in the operating room. The candidate will work day shifts from Monday to Friday. The focus will be on providing support during surgical procedures.

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8 hours

Experience:

2 years of current First Assist operating room experience

License:
Massachusetts RN License

Certifications:

• Active American Heart Association BLS
• Active Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR)

Must-Have:

• Bachelor of Science degree
• Meditech Expanse experience (highly preferred)
• Traveler must have their own vehicle

Description:

All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Requests made after the offer may lead to a rescinded offer. Travelers who reside within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered. All requested time off must be noted and verified  more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. It is essential that the profile includes a permanent address.

All candidates must have voicemails set up for communication. Supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment is required.
