Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified  REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD/DURING INTERVIEW WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

8hrs non-billable orientation Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%

Requirements:

• 2 years current L & D experience
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
• ACLS, NRP and BLS MUST BE IN HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD. PLEASE INCLUDE IN PROFILE. FACILITY WILL NOT PEND UPON OFFER
  - This is non-negotiable
• Perm address must be included with profile
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer/ase obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
