Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Hours:

40 hours per week

Requirements:

• Massachusetts LPN license
• Active American Heart Association BLS or American Red Cross Certification
• One year of acute nursing care experience
• Experience in home health
• Knowledge of home care reimbursement and regulatory guidelines
• Current driver's license and insurance
• Proficiency with OASIS (highly preferred)
• Infusion therapy experience (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide and document nursing care for the sick and injured at home.
• Intervene to promote, maintain, or restore health, prevent illness, and effect rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community representatives to coordinate home care.
• Evaluate individual and family responses to nursing interventions.
• Exercise independent judgment in clinical situations.
• Maintain emotional stability in emergency settings.

Compliance / Notes:

• Requests for time off must be noted at submission; no more than 5 days will be accepted.
• Orientation: 8 hours of non-billable orientation.
• Must conform to customer service and performance standards.
