Community Health Programs (CHP) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support ambulatory care in the Berkshires. You will triage patient needs by phone or walk‑in, assist in patient care under CHP physicians, and help supervise clinical support staff with guidance from the Practice Manager.
The ideal candidate holds an RN/BSN, MA RN license, current BLS, and at least three years of ambulatory experience;
Athena EMR experience is a plus.
