Registered Nurse (RN) First Assistant
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - On-call: as needed
Minimum 3 years experience as an RN First Assistant (RNFA)
Massachusetts RN license required (conditional license accepted)
Required certifications: CNOR, ACLS, BLS
Assist in surgical procedures as a first assistant.
Provide perioperative care to patients in an ambulatory surgery setting.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.
Document patient care and surgical procedures as per facility guidelines.
COVID-19 vaccine and booster required (no exemptions).
SSN and DOB required for submission paperwork.
Local radius: 50 miles.
Former permanent employees must be separated from the facility for 2 years before returning as a traveler.
