Effective Immediately, YOU MUST include your AGENCY Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) license up front with all Berkshire Health System nursing submissions. This license is required by the state of MA in order to staff for temporary needs.

8hrs non-billable orientation

Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%

Requirement description: TRAVELER MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO PCU AS NEEDED!! 36hr GT is not available for this need BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED. Thank you!

• 2 years current Critical Care experience [Required]
• Willingness to float REQUIRED [Required]
• Vent, ICP Monitoring and Hemodynamic Monitoring [Required]
• Meditech Expanse experience [strongly preferred]
• TNCC [Preferred]
• BSN Preferred
• Perm address must be uploaded with profile
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
• NIHSS

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Massachusetts
