Medical Surgical Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Medical Surgical nursing to join a dynamic healthcare team. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment, adhering to safety and clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient condition regularly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and licensing regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience.
• Certified in AHA BLS and ACLS; NIHSS certification highly preferred.
• Ability to float to various MS units as needed.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Basic Dysrhythmia course completed is strongly preferred.
