Emergency Room Nurse
We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Nurse to join our team for an engaging 13-week contract position. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency room environment, ensuring the health and safety of patients in critical situations.
This position requires a commitment to a 12-hour night shift from 3:00 PM to 3:30 AM, with every other weekend and holiday availability as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients in the emergency department.
- Provide critical interventions based on assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
- Document patient information and updates accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- 3+ years of current Emergency Room experience required.
- Massachusetts RN license.
- Active certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
- Experience with Meditech Expanse is highly preferred.
- Traveler must have their own vehicle.
- Permanent address must be included in the profile.
