Medical Surgical Registered Nurse - 12 Hour Afternoon Shift
This is a 13-week contract position.
11:00 AM - 11:30 PM, 12-hour shifts, with a commitment of 48 hours per week. Must be available for two holidays (Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day and surrounding days).
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be willing to float to any Medical Surgical unit and be able to meet the specific requirements outlined below.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care for patients in a Medical Surgical setting.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Float to various Medical Surgical units as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 2 years current Medical Surgical nursing experience.
- Telemetry experience is required.
- Completion of Basic Dysrhythmia course is strongly required.
- Massachusetts RN license must be uploaded with profile.
- Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS must be in hand at profile upload.
- Meditech Expanse experience is highly preferred.
- Must have a personal vehicle for commuting.
