Medical Surgical Registered Nurse
This is a 13-week contract position.
7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 12-hour day shifts, including every other weekend and holidays as needed.
We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the ability to float to various medical-surgical units as needed, ensuring all patients receive attentive and individualized care.
Provision of nursing care to medical-surgical patients, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and implement patient care strategies.
Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment options.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
2 years of current Medical Surgical nursing experience.
Telemetry experience is required.
Basic Dysrhythmia course completion is strongly required.
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications must be current at the time of profile upload.
Massachusetts RN license is required for this position.
Experience with Meditech Expanse is highly preferred.
