Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health & Community Services
Pittsfield, MA | Full-Time | Berkshire County
About the OpportunityArbor Associates is partnering with Berkshire County's largest and most comprehensive behavioral health organization to place Registered Nurses across its programs. With over 100 years of service to the region, this nonprofit operates 26 locations county-wide and touches the lives of more than 10,000 Berkshire County residents each year — including 4,000 children. Nursing roles are available across multiple divisions and service lines, meaning there is genuine opportunity to find a placement that fits your clinical background, schedule preferences, and professional goals.
This is not a hospital. It’s something different — and for the right nurse, something more meaningful. You'll work alongside clinicians, psychiatrists, case managers, peer specialists, and direct care staff in a fully integrated, mission-driven environment built around recovery, resilience, and whole-person care.

- Adult & Family Services Outpatient behavioral health services including individual, couples, and group therapy; psychopharmacology evaluations; medication management; and substance use treatment including opioid treatment with medication-assisted therapy (MAT).
- Child & Adolescent Services Programs serving youth and families across Berkshire County, including outpatient behavioral health, intensive community-based services, therapeutic day programs, and residential care.
