• Pay Rate: Up to $290/hour (maximum) with guaranteed 8 hours daily
• Overtime: After 10 hours per day
• Holiday Pay: 1.5x rate (holidays may not guarantee 32 hours)

• Additional: Meditech Expanse EMR, 3-5 surgical cases/day, trauma level 3 facility, collaborative OR staff, procedures include general (adult & pediatric), IV regional, spinal, epidural, obstetrical, and neurosurgical cases.

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures in a busy hospital setting.
• Manage general, obstetric, neurosurgical, and regional anesthesia cases.
• Supervised anesthesia practice with collaboration from surgical and perioperative teams.
• Document patient care accurately within Meditech Expanse EMR.
• Contribute to patient safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes during perioperative care.
• Support the surgical team in a fast-paced environment with 9 main ORs and 5 endoscopy rooms.
• Participate in trauma and emergency procedures as required.

• Valid CRNA license in Massachusetts.
• Prior experience in surgery or anesthesia preferred.
• Strong understanding of anesthesia procedures, including regional and obstetric anesthesia.
• Ability to work supervised or independently in a team setting.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
