Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. The role involves delivering comprehensive nursing services, ensuring patient safety, and adhering to all clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions regularly.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years current Medical Surgical experience.
• Ability to float to other Medical Surgical units as needed.
• Basic Dysrhythmia course completion is strongly preferred.
• BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS certifications must be current and uploaded at profile submission.
• Must have own vehicle for travel and include perm address in profile.
