Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified  requests after upload will not be approved!! No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better). Travelers may not take all holidays off. Must work two blocks (if scheduled/needed):
Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after New Year Eve through New Year Day and weekend after.

Assignment location: 8 Conte Drive, Pittsfield, MA 8hrs non-billable orientation Holiday and OT multipliers - 1.25%

• 3 years current renal experience [required]
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
• Perm address must be included in profile for this need
• Any/all RTO must be included in profile. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Facility will not approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
