Locum - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Pittsfield, MA

- Licenses/Certifications: Valid CRNA license; BLS, ACLS required
- Experience: Prior anesthesia experience preferred, including surgical and obstetrical cases
- Pay Rate: Up to $290/hour with Malpractice coverage included
- Additional Compensation: Overtime after 10 hours, 1.5x pay on holidays (week dependent)
- Reimbursements: Flight, hotel, rental car (enforcing move-to-reimbursement policy)
- Benefits: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick leave, licensure and travel reimbursements, robust referral bonus program, and 24/7 dedicated support team
- Provide supervised anesthesia services in a busy hospital OR setting
- Manage general surgical, pediatric, obstetrical, and neurosurgical anesthesia cases
- Administer IV regional, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia techniques
- Collaborate with OR staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Document all procedures accurately within Meditech Expanse EMR system
- Support trauma cases in a Level 3 trauma center with 9 main ORs and 5 endoscopy suites
- Adhere to hospital policies and maintain high standards of patient care
- Current CRNA license in Massachusetts or willingness to obtain
- Minimum of 2+ years anesthesia experience preferred
- Proficiency in general, pediatric, obstetric, and neurosurgical anesthesia
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or supervised
- Ability to start on the specified date and commit to a 6-month assignment
