  Massachusetts RN license in hand required; MA license in hand at submission
• Support and logistics:

• Provide direct patient care in the CCU for adults with acute coronary and critical care needs
• Perform and interpret critical care assessments, monitoring devices (ventilators, ICP monitors, hemodynamic lines)
• Manage ventilator settings, parameters, and weaning as ordered; respond to ventilator alarms
• Monitor intracranial pressure, hemodynamics, and other invasive monitoring as applicable; document changes and escalation as needed
• Administer medications, draw labs, monitor for adverse effects, and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Document care accurately in charting systems; adhere to infection control and safety protocols; respond toCode/rapid response events per hospital policy

• Licensure:
  Massachusetts RN license in hand required (conditional licenses accepted)
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years CCU/ICU critical care experience
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Clinical skills:
  Ventilator management, ICP monitoring, hemodynamic monitoring; critical care assessments
• Vaccination: COVID-19 vaccination plus booster required (no exemptions)
• Education:
  
  RN from an accredited program; ability to work in a CCU environment and handle high-acuity patients
