• Provide RN First Assist support during operative cases, under surgeon direction
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with exposure, dissection, tissue handling, and hemostasis
• Facilitate instrument handling, suction, retractors, and other intraoperative needs
• Collaborate with the circulating nurse to ensure patient safety and accurate intraoperative documentation
• Support preoperative planning and postoperative communication as needed; participate in handoffs and debriefs

• Active Massachusetts RN license (in hand at submission) or conditional MA license accepted
• CNOR, ACLS, and BLS certifications current
• Minimum 3+ years RNFA experience; facility requires at least 1 year experience for specialties (RNFA 3 years specifically preferred)
• COVID-19 vaccination with booster; boosters current (no exemptions)
• SSN and DOB required for submission
• Local radius: within 50 miles of assignment location
