Real Estate Portfolio Analyst

As a Real Estate Portfolio Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing the performance and strategy of our $75 million portfolio of office, industrial, medical office, and life sciences real estate. You will collaborate with our talented team to model and underwrite value‑enhancing opportunities, develop strategic business plans, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

  4 days in office, 1 day remote
• Compensation: up to $110,000 base salary
• Bonus Package: 10% – 20% annual target bonus

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial real estate
• Proven Argus experience (hands‑on working experience, not just certification)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience with debt capital markets, loan origination, and mortgage banking
• Knowledge of commercial real estate strategies and market trends
• Familiarity with CRE software and technology

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
• Self‑motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders
• High level of discretion and professionalism, especially when handling sensitive or confidential information
