This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Realtor at BAYVIEW REAL ESTATE. This position is located in Barnstable, MA, with the flexibility to work partly from home. The Realtor will handle tasks such as listing and showing properties, assisting clients with their real estate transactions, conducting property market analyses, and networking to build and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities will also include negotiating contracts, preparing necessary documentation, and staying informed about local real estate trends and market conditions.

• Strong understanding of Residential Real Estate processes and property market trends
• Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and networking within the community
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills for managing client needs and closing sales
• Organizational skills for managing multiple property listings, contracts, and schedules
• Proficiency in Real Estate Technology tools, platforms, and MLS Systems
• Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Familiarity with the Cape Cod area and community connections is a plus
