Responsibilities:
Working at Papa Gino’s and D'Angelo's is all about teamwork, pride, and serving guests delicious food. You will learn new skills, make new friends, and understand the basics of the menu, food safety, and sanitation. There are opportunities to grow your career, potentially becoming a server, cashier, cook, delivery driver, or a shift leader. The sky's the limit!
As a Cashier:
You will greet guests energetically and sincerely, ensuring they feel valued. Your role includes listening carefully, suggesting items, repeating orders, and being knowledgeable about the menu and ordering system. Handling payments with credit cards, rewards cards, and cash requires focus and precision. Proper training prepares you to perform efficiently and confidently.
As a Cook:
You will prepare and present food according to company standards, using the proper equipment and techniques learned during training.
As a Shift Leader:
This is your first step into leadership. You will assist the General Manager with scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and training team members. Age restrictions apply to equipment use.
