Job Summary

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser / Order Writer. Join our team at Mondelēz International to fulfill merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit
, among other industry‑leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Order product via iPad tablet for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz guidelines.

• Ensure the sales representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.

• Possess a positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude and the ability to work independently.

• Be able to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).

• Be capable of performing hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.

• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Pittsfield, MA) and secondary locations (Lee, Lenox, Great Barrington, Canaan, CT).

• Schedule availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Hourly compensation ranges from $17.50 to $20.50 based on relevant experience.
