As a Store Operations Associate, you will manage and maintain stores within your district, requiring customer service and property maintenance skills.

• Develop customer relationships, identify storage needs, and provide solutions to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Interact face‑to‑face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks, including lock checks and showing units.
• Work independently and as part of a team to rent units, sell merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments via POS, complete daily deposits, and make courtesy calls on late payments.

• Perform daily walks of the property, clean units and store grounds, and open/close doors (up to 50 lbs).
• Maintain facilities by mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning units, and other similar tasks.
• Keep the facility clean and safe, ensuring company guidelines for restrooms, landscaping, parking, doors, and office space are met.

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience in delivering high‑quality customer service to diverse markets.
• Self‑driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and up‑to‑date insurance.
• Physical capability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, and balance on a ladder.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Compensation: $19.28 – $21.08 per hour depending on experience plus bonus opportunities. Some locations may require Sunday hours.
