Member Services Associate Bousquet Sport – Pittsfield, MAJob Type: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour

Days, nights, and/or weekends required

Position Overview Bousquet Sport is seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-driven Member Services Associate to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our members and guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and organized club environment.

The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities Front Desk Operations Greet and check in members and guests in a friendly, professional manner

Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries

Assist members with scheduling, registrations, and general questions

Member Experience Create a welcoming and positive environment at all times

Build relationships with members and recognize regulars

Provide accurate information about programming, memberships, and club offerings

Billing & Account Support Answer basic billing and membership questions

Assist with purchases, registrations, and account updates

Escalate complex issues to the Supervisor on Duty Facility Cleanliness & Upkeep Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and shared spaces

Complete assigned cleaning tasks (towels, trash, general upkeep)
Reset spaces including studios, courts, locker rooms, and common areas

Monitor supply levels and communicate needs to leadership

Report maintenance or cleanliness concerns promptly

Qualifications Customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Frequent movement throughout the facility

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (towels, supplies, equipment)
Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform cleaning tasks

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, member-facing environment
